"Huawei Technologies Armenia" LLC is looking for a suitable candidate for the IT Support Specialist position. As an IT specialist the employee will be responsible for daily IT operations and tasks - generally involving in managing and storing data using computers, software, databases, networks, and servers. The position also includes maintaining networks, analyzing systems, and providing technical support.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Install, configure and administer personal computers, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices and systems;- Answer users’ inquiries, support employees regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems;
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks including printers too;
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks well-functioning;
- Install and maintain all necessary infrastructure components on the workstation, phones, printers and other needed hardware;
- Provide technical support, repair the equipment when necessary;
- Oversee daily performance of computer systems bases on user complaints;
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of the operating systems, appropriate software, office equipment;
- Ability to be part of an on-call rotation during nights and weekends to provide system support of a 24x7 environment in case of business needs;
- Perform other duties requested by Line Manager upon need.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related discipline;- Training and certification in IT field is preferable;
- Work experience: relative experience on the same position for not less than 2 years;
- Experience in working with server environments;
- Excellent knowledge of OS Windows, NT, MS Office, Lotus Notes, TCP/IP, etc;
- Excellent knowledge of office equipment and networking;
- Language skills: fluency in English and Russian languages;
- Team player, able to work in an international team;
- Easy learner, enthusiastic with good communication skills;
