ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Energize IT is a Managed IT Service company located in San Jose (Silicone Valley) and is looking for a Systems Administrator to manage and support various customers across Bay Area and provide user support as needed on a mixed MAC and Windows environment. The objective is to provide high-quality, client-centric, exceptional customer service via remote and on-site support at multiple client locations. The IT Systems Administrator will primarily operate in a MAC and Windows environment and is expected to provide end-user support and will require various troubleshooting functions as necessary. The candidate will mostly support end-user for day-to-day issues such as setting up laptops, accounts, printers, or fixing desktop-related issues. The candidate also will have a chance to work on servers as well as setup network devices. He/ she will work with a small business where his/ her technical skillset will grow considerably and diversify as he/ she is exposed to dozens of different client environments, rather than a large organization where his/ her time is spent in countless meetings and conference calls... keep reading. A list of all technologies and products that the candidate might work on is below. The Company will assign responsibilities as the candidate advances. The candidate will not be working on things he/ she doesn't know what he/ she is doing. He/ she will receive adequate training before handling any technologies listed below:
- Microsoft Servers (2012-2022) including DHCP, DNS, DFS, AD, DirSync, PowerShell, Print Servers;
- VMWare vShpere (ESXi), vCenter, Virtual Machines;
- DELL iDRAC Enterprise;
- Synology NAS;
- ESET Cloud Protect, Sentinel ONE;
- Veeam Backup and Replication;
- MAC Operating System;
- Azure AD, AWS, Teams, SharePoint;
- Meraki Stack (AP, Switch, Firewall);
- Fortinet stack (AP, Switch, Firewall);
- Client VPN, Remote Desktop Servers;
- Cloud Servers, SSO, SAML, MFA.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Consultative, solutions-oriented experience;
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor;
- Troubleshooting skills;
- Experience servicing and supporting SMB networks/ products such as Microsoft 365, Google Suite, Microsoft Active Directory, VMWare vSphere;
- Understanding of the difference between distribution groups and Microsoft 365 Groups;
- Familiarity with Synology NAS products, ESET Protect Cloud, or similar centralized antivirus management;
- Experience working with any ticketing system and understand Change Management Controls;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and MAC operating systems, server operating systems and applications, MS Dir Sync, DHCP, DNS, GPO;
- Experience working with end-user backup applications;
- Knowledge on how to image workstations, join to domain, and setup user profiles;
- Ability to create visually compelling end-user documentations;
- Ability to understand and follow documented processes clearly;
- Knowledge of English language (read, write, speak);
- Azure experience is a plus;
- Experience working with Datto RMM and Autotask is a plus;
- Meraki experience is a plus;
- JAMF experience is a plus.
