ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
HSH Consulting is currently seeking a smart and determined Lawyer to join its growing team. This position is the best match for newly graduated lawyers or those wanting to start a career in the field of legal consulting and advocacy. The position is responsible for a variety of professional functions. The qualified applicant should be a good team player, have a strong desire for professional growth, able to follow directions, work well in a fast-paced environment, punctual, and highly attentive to detail.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Type, revise and proofread general correspondence, memos, legal documents;- Provide support in preparation and revision of various types of contracts and agreements in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Collect all possible information, evidence and documentation that will help to build a lawsuit;
- Organize an effective daily flow of postal envelopes/ letters into and out of office;
- Request various types of documents from the state institutions on behalf of clients;
- Coordinate and maintain effective office procedures and efficient workflow;
- Maintain calendar and monitor crucial due dates for senior lawyers as required;
- Provide administrative support to the senior lawyers;
- Handle communication with clients.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies; students in the final year of education are free to apply;- Relevant professional experience or internship in the field of law is preferred;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Ability to make quick decisions, to orientate in problematic situations;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Attention to details.
