ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
VXSoft is looking for a Junior Web Developer. This is a professional position responsible for working in a small and agile software engineering team, participating in Sprint estimation and software development cycle implementation.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Ability to communicate with the project managers and the clients (very rare);- Develop software module architecture, document it and do necessary changes along with the software development;
- Do a basic change management and refactoring of the developed software;
- Motivate, educate and help team members in any kind of questions and issues.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- University degree in a relevant field;- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering field:
a) Experience in server-side programming languages: Python, Java, C++, PHP;
b) Experience in server-side programming technologies and platforms: Linux, Nginx/ uwsgi, Apache;
c) Experience in web protocols (HTTP/S, TCP/IP, UDP) as well as data exchange protocols (SOAP, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC);
d) Experience in client-side programming languages and technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax;
e) Experience in database design and administration: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle;
f) Experience in OOP/ OOD paradigms;
g) Experience in version control systems;
h) Willingness and abilities to learn anything new: programming language, database system or technology;
- Familiarity with JIRA (Atlassian) or similar project management tools would be an advantage;
- Experience in real-world software development cycles: design/ prototyping/ implementation/ support.
