ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Adwise Consulting is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and ambitious Lawyer to join its team. The incumbent will be involved in a wide range of legal work covering such areas as contracts, property rights, tax and customs, administrative law, trade, licensing and certification, anti-trust, pharmaceutical regulations, intellectual property, data privacy, employment law and others. He/ she is guaranteed a strong team support and dynamic professional growth.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Provide ongoing legal support to clients;
- Draft and review contracts and other transaction documents;
- Prepare legal memorandums and legal opinions;
- Draft corporate policies, regulations and other corporate documentation;
- Perform legal due diligence;
- Perform legal representation;
- Assist and represent clients during negotiations;
- Represent clients in licensing, registration, authorization, certification and other administrative proceedings;
- Be involved in registration and protection of IP rights.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree in Law;
- At least 2 years of professional experience is strongly desirable;
- Existing or anticipated advocate's license is strongly desirable;
- Professional fluency in Armenian and English languages; professional fluency in Russian language is strongly desirable;
- Aptitude for analytical and critical thinking; ability to think on one's feet and work under pressure;
- Strong communication skills and client orientation;
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
