ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Digitain is seeking a professional Lawyer with the experience of working with international organizations.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Responsible for legal issues of the Company;
- Ensure legal protection for the Company;
- Prepare and draft all legal documents (international included), make sure that the content and forms of the documents meet necessary requirements and norms of the organization, regulations of the RA and are in appliance with regulations of other countries;
- Prepare analysis of legislation and relevant jurisprudence to improve fiscal and economic activities of the Company;
- Represent the Company in the judicial system and the executive authorities;
- Represent the Company at international organizations, protect the interests of the Company;
- Provide legal consulting;
- Perform necessary legal formalities with the authorities;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Executive Director/ shareholder.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree in Law;
- At least 5 years of work experience in a relevant field;
- Advanced knowledge and skills on legislative level;
- Experience of working with foreign companies and clients;
- Experience of preparing contracts of all levels, NDA, etc.;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Excellent knowledge of verbal and written Russian and English languages;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with international partners on legislative level;
- Detail-oriented personality;
- Ability to handle confidential information.
