ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

HSH Consulting is currently seeking a smart and determined Lawyer to join its growing team. The position is responsible for a variety of professional functions. A qualified applicant should be a good team player, have a strong desire for professional growth, able to follow directions, work well in a fast-paced environment, punctual, and highly attentive to detail.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Prepare and review various types of contracts, agreements in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Provide legal supervision and advice to the Company's clients in the field of construction, real estate, investments;
- Responsible for legal consultation on the field of corporate law, registering new legal entities, changes of the charter capital, changes of the shareholders; preparing shareholder's decisions, minutes of the shareholders meetings,
- Represent the Company's clients in the courts, administrative procedures, compulsory enforcement bodies, state bodies and local authorities;
- Prepare lawsuits, claims, motions, responses, objections, demands necessary for the judicial processes, appeals and cassation appeals, present demands, during the bankruptcy process and other required documents, singing of settlement agreements;
- Coordinate and maintain effective office procedures and efficient workflow;
- Handle direct communication with the Company's clients.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies;
- At least 2 years of professional work experience;
- Possession of advocate’s license of RA is a privilege;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Ability to make quick decisions, to orientate in problematic situations;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Attention to details.
