ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Varks.am is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Lawyer to be a part of its professional team and provide support and legal assistance to the corporate decision making processes.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Develop and review various contracts, agreements, letters of attorney;
- Prepare lawsuits, appeals, applications, petitions, payment orders, notices and other legal documents;
- Prepare internal regulations, orders, corporate documents;
- Monitor changes taking place in the RA legislative field and prepare relevant proposals to the management team;
- Represent and protect the rights and interests of the Company in the courts and other institutions;
- Act on behalf of the Company at Compulsory Enforcement Service, notary offices and other state and private institutions;
- Provide legal advice to the Company in relation with applicable regulations and identification of legal risks;
- Demonstrate an individual approach in finding solutions of the legal issues that meet client needs and comply with the values and principles of the Company;
- Complete other job-related tasks.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree in Law;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- At least 2 years of professional work experience in a relevant field; experience in banking and finance fields is a plus;
- Knowledge of RA legislation;
- Familiarity with RA banking legislation and the Central Bank's regulations is an advantage;
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure;
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure;
- Attention to details and accuracy;
- Strong communication skills;
- Time management skills;
- Team working skills.
