ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Varks.am is looking for a Legal Assistant, who is very industrious, ambitious and detail-oriented.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Conduct customer debt collection process including the following: compose, represent and register notifications, payment orders, claims, complaints and other legal documents;
- Register and classify corresponding document packages;
- Check and update the status of the above mentioned packages via applicable software; make and represent reports on the mentioned operations;
- Represent the Company's interests and rights to local authorities, including courts and compulsory enforcement services;
- Review agreements; develop projects;
- Perform other job-related tasks upon request.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education in Law;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Result-oriented and goal-driven personality;
- Sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Effective time management skills;
- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
