ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

IP Engineer is responsible for the IP Transport Network (TN) operations, maintenance and reconfiguration works. He/ she ensures the uninterrupted operation of the IP TN sub-systems, IP network monitoring system, suggests and implements approved changes.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Ensure the operation of the IP routing and switching systems (IP/MPLS), the correctness of the configuration and database;
- Cooperate with the equipment vendors for neutralizing defects and issues;
- Ensure availability of fresh backups from the network elements for emergency recovery;
- Organize the works for new nodes integration;
- Ensure and supervise the correspondence of the IP TN sub-system configuration with the project design data;
- Prepare and maintain the network design documents, diagrams and schemes;
- Analyze the alarms registered on the network and undertake actions for issues elimination;
- Monitor and analyze network elements statistical data;
- Prepare and provide periodical and on-demand reports;
- Participate in IP TN upgrade, design and budget preparation;
- Conduct analysis of new equipment received from vendors, make selection of equipment, prepare recommendations.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education in a relevant sphere;
- 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Knowledge of IP network architectures, systems (LAN, WAN), IP routing principles and protocols (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS), IP/MLPS technologies;
- Excellent technical and PC skills;
- Skills in the sphere of IP networks and UNIX/ Linux operation systems;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Ability to learn new technologies;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Analytical and reporting skills;
- Teamwork and cooperation skills;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Business communication skills;
- Ability to work under load and outside working hours (night hours).
