Role description:

Evoca is looking for a Loan Officer who will be responsible for effective customer service, high-quality provision of loan services, and sales.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

What will you be doing?

• undertake customer acquisition;
• provide consultation regarding the lending process;
• service and maintain the loan portfolio;
• perform active sales of banking products;
• receive applications and assess customers’ creditworthiness;
• select and review collateral;
• prepare and present relevant reports;
• track customers’ payments.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

What skills are we looking for?

• University degree in economics or finance;
• at least 2 years' professional experience in a bank as a business and/or consumer loan officer;
• excellent knowledge of the RA banking legislation and lending procedures;
• strong communication skills;
• customer acquisition and sales skills;
• negotiation and conflict management skills;
• analytical mindset;
• good command of Russian and English languages.
