ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Atlanta Group LLC is looking for a highly motivated Logistics Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically with regard to customer satisfaction. The Company encourages repeat business among customers, hence the incumbent should provide excellent customer service.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Accurately and promptly examine information received from customers and find most suitable and fast transportation means to meet customers' needs;- Provide daily follow-up and status updates to customers regarding shipments;
- Answer phone calls and provide necessary information in a professional manner;
- Build a favourable and professional company image through phone interaction and account management;
- Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with no delay;
- Negotiate with customers and other involved parties to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction;
- Follow routing guides to determine quantity and type of transportation needed;
- Strictly follow the Company's business processes;
- Rectify problems such as damages, delays and non-conformance to specifications;
- Document and escalate any customer service issues and/ or shipping/ receiving errors to management;
- Complete and provide reports to management when required;
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the management.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Experience in customer service or sales domain will be appreciated;- Strong negotiation and sales skills;
- Proactive problem-solving skills;
- Good knowledge of English language, both written and oral;
- Ability to handle big volume of phone calls;
- Attention to details and ability to track multiple processes simultaneously;
- Computer-savvy person with data entry skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to strictly follow verbal and written instructions;
- Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations;
- Highly energetic and motivated character;
- Experience in logistics.
