ID Bank is looking for a skilled and motivated Main Credit Committee Secretary to join the Risk Management Directorate and to fulfill the job responsibilities stated below.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Compare protocols of Credit Committees with source documents (main credit agreements, evaluation acts, etc.);- Organize the Main Credit Committee of the Bank and circulate the decisions passed by those committees;
- Collect Committee materials, prepare the agenda and disseminate among Committee members;
- Prepare Committee protocols and disseminate among interested subdivisions;
- Execute control over other assignments given by the Risk Management Director of the Bank; regularly provide updates on outstanding or delayed assignments.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Higher education; legal education will be a plus;- Work experience in the sphere of lending or loan processing will be a plus;
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office);
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines;
- Ability to effectively work in a team;
- Ability to work in different situation; fast orientation;
- Ability to plan and prioritize work.
