Navavan LLC is looking for a self-motivated, proactive, professional candidate with the utmost personal integrity for the position of Manager Analyst. The Manager Analyst will implement analytical activities of the Company, and perform duties and activities related to the procedures and date entry of the Company.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Preparation of input files;- Input of goods in 1C program;
- Invoice writing in the e-invoicing system;
- Working with local suppliers;
- Arranging Inventory works;
- Preparation of reports in a monthly basis;
- Preparation of reports by using 1C program;
- Arranging sales campaigns in the soft programs;
- Finding solutions for issues of 1C program;
- The arrangement of the bonus fund according to the plans;
- Checks of staff tardiness;
- Carry out other instructions from the manager within the limits of the authority.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Higher education in statistics, mathematics, economics or a related field;- Excellent knowledge of the 1C;
- Knowledge of e-invoicing program;
- Basic knowledge of AP /Armenian Programs/;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
- At least 5 years of work experience is mandatory;
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to work on a tight schedule;
- Organizational skills.
Professional skills:
- 1c Accounting Software.
Soft skills:
- Time management.
Required candidate level: Mid-level
