ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Miniso AM is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager who will be in charge of leading the Company's marketing strategies, tactics and team. The incumbent will develop, implement and design marketing strategies analysing the market tendency. He/ she will be responsible for providing guidance to the Marketing Department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to the team and building awareness and positioning for the Company's brands. The Marketing Manager will set up Company marketing goals matching the Company perspectives in the market. He/ she will oversee and manage the Marketing staff to ensure maximum revenue, promotional coverage and marketing opportunities are achieved. The incumbent will set up team work and department ongoing procedures on daily and long run perspectives.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Create the Marketing Department: implement and develop marketing strategy, including branding, marketing planning and researching, social media marketing, PR, organization of marketing campaigns, targeted on-line advertising;
- Develop marketing communications plan, including strategy, goals and budget; maintain a keen understanding for industry trends affecting clients;
- Communicate and adjust digital and social marketing tactics;
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies; offer, develop and implement marketing activities for attracting and increasing the customer loyalty;
- Maintain the internal and external PR and marketing policy considering the brand standards of the retail company and the requirements of the market engagement, reach target audience and, as a result, increase conversion;
- Develop and implement social media strategy; follow-up on responses and communication via social networks, calendar management and content creation across multiple platforms;
- Ensure the management and monitoring of social platforms and communication with consumers on a daily basis;
- Develop and distribute required reports, press releases, success stories and other information materials; develop good relations with the media; create a positive image of the Organization for public, local governmental and international organizations;
- Evaluate opportunities for partnership, sponsorship and advertising on an on-going basis; maintain the relationship with the related companies;
- Organize different events, exhibitions, presentations and campaigns; prepare speeches and materials for press conferences;
- Carry out other job-related tasks assigned by the Brand owners and management team.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education in Business, Marketing, Communication or other related fields;
- At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing and running a marketing team;
- Knowledge of tendencies and experience in retail business is a plus; 
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages; 
- Pro-activity; rapid learning ability; ability to carry out long-term planning;
- Organizational skills; time planning skills and ability to meet deadlines.
