ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Reebok Sports Club Armenia is looking for an experienced and motivated professional to take up the position of Marketing Specialist.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Plan marketing and branding objectives;
- Expand product solutions and offerings;
- Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff;
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on the analysis and feedback;
- Prepare and adhere to budgets;
- Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials;
- Gather and analyze customer insight;
- Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share;
- Ensure the organization's brand promotion within digital domains and elaborate system/ tools for promotion via agencies;
- Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization;
- Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms;
- Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics;
- Drive overall CRM and direct marketing;
- Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree in Economics, Marketing or Advertising;
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field;
- Proven work experience in digital marketing;
- Knowledge and understanding of all processes related to the planning, budgeting, development of a production and communication materials, as well as internet platforms;
- Copywriting skills;
- Responsible and flexible personality;
- Creative and smart personality;
- Stress-resistance;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Advanced computer skills; knowledge of Stata, SPSS is a plus;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages.
