ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

HS International LLC is looking for a Marketing Specialist, who will support the sales and demand generation teams in the entry of leads and prospects into Microsoft Dynamics CRM for immediate sales team follow-up. This role entails entering and qualifying leads, importing leads, ensuring data integrity and quick response time. Ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and retrieval and proofing of information is critical to this role.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Perform data entry into Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) using a combination of manual input and/ or spreadsheet importing;
- Collect and format the required data needed for lead entry, such as missing contact information, lead descriptions, or additional information that will be helpful for follow-up;
- Monitor and qualify incoming leads queue to route to the sales teams for follow-up;
- Enter, revise and combine leads from e-mail and web campaigns, tradeshows, referrals and general inquiries;
- Manage all incoming lead sources and achieve an entry turn-around time of less than 24 hours;
- Report on successful or unsuccessful lead inputs with information required to diagnose issues or opportunities for improvement;
- Organize lead information such as lead details, descriptions or processes;
- Develop lead entry processes to ensure consistency and timeliness across multiple brands or channels;
- Perform data verification routines and clean-up to ensure data integrity and accuracy;
- Interact with departmental and other staff on matters affecting data flow;
- Liaise between brand teams and CRM to enable campaign structure for reporting;
- Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval;
- Assist the design team with resizing images, datasheet layout and social media image creation;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Proficiency in English language (written and spoken);
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM is a plus.
