ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Aras Food is looking for a Merchandising Specialist who will create and implement marketing programs and visual displays for retailers. He/ she will communicate extensively with the management to identify their goals and then present them with options he/ she believes will increase sales and profits. The job requires to keep abreast of market trends and have a good understanding of the demographic profile of the retailer's target customers. The Merchandising Specialist directs other retail associates in creating merchandise displays.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Work with the visual merchandising team to review store opening design plans and assist with store opening set-ups as needed;- Attend new store openings and visit stores to give direction on visual displays;
- Plan floor sets and displays in coordination with the monthly marketing cadence (i.e. seasonal deliveries, gift with purchase, in-store promotions, etc.);
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to plan for key retail holiday floor sets (i.e. Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.);
- Clearly understand the retailer's goals and keep them in mind while developing the marketing and merchandising strategies;
- Design displays and assist as needed at photoshoots;
- Responsible for continual process improvement, including recommending and implementing best practices.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- At least 3 years of merchandising experience working in the retail market;- Participation in specialized merchandising training is desirable;
- Strong sense of display and design;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to build good rapport with customers and consumers, communicating ideas and concepts with an end result of increased sales and profitability;
- Good balance of communication and artistic abilities;
- Ability to create and/ or interpret planograms and floor plans;
- Strong computer skills;
- Own car and a driving license will be a plus.
