Full-timeОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will be mainly responsible for providing professional services within the frames of "Realizing Basic Rights of refugees and asylum seekers in Safe and Favorable Protection Environments in Armenia" project (ARM01/2021/0000000139/002).ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation system that will ensure tracking of the project results at different levels (outputs, outcomes and impact);- Work with the Project Manager to ensure the collection of relevant and appropriate data needed for an effective MEAL system which will be utilized in monitoring strengths, weaknesses and gaps in the project and for reporting on donor commitments;
- Review existing data collection tools for the project;
- Provide baseline data to compare with further progress;
- Regularly conduct house visits and phone calls to persons of concern, who have received cash assistance to ensure that cash assistance was provided on time and properly;
- Participate in the process of reviewing complaints related to cash assistance and which are registered in the complaint system of MA;
- Provide regularly updated reports to the Project Manager on the implementation of the Project in terms of goals and objectives;
- Prepare interim and final analytical reports based on descriptive and comparative databases (all in English and Armenian languages);
- Design and develop presentations both in Armenian and English languages and make presentations at roundtable meetings, fundraising events, etc.;
- Timely update and share collected and analyzed data with management team;
- Perform other job-related tasks that may be assigned by the Program Manager and President.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Sciences;- At least 3 years of professional experience;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages, both verbal and written;
- Skills in applying theoretical knowledge (techniques, methods, etc.) in the practical work;
- Good computer skills;
- Experience of working with documentation and writing reports;
- Efficient time management skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment and form interpersonal positive relationships.
