ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

AGBU Fund (Armenia) is looking for a highly qualified and motivated professional for the position of Multimedia Producer.

The Multimedia Producer reports directly to the Digital Communications Manager and works under her supervision to execute the organization’s visual narrative. The Producer is responsible for preparing and developing compelling video and photo materials and creative concepts for all multimedia projects. Applying advanced visual storytelling skills, the successful candidate will monitor and manage the end-to-end production process-from initial concept and storyboarding to final post-production and distribution-ensuring all content aligns with AGBU’s branding and communication standards.

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENTS
Candidates are required to submit a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating proficiency in:
- Visual Arts: Still photography and professional retouching.
- Video Production: Videography, advanced editing, and professional motion graphics.
- Typography: Creative use of typography in digital and print media.
- Note: Applicants should be prepared to discuss their specific role in each project submitted.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Create and develop multimedia materials (photos, audio, video) for a wide range of communication products and formats, including human-interest stories, video blogs, video messages and announcements, short promotional/marketing videos, event highlight reels and feature-length documentaries, donor-oriented reports, and audio-visual materials related to the organization or its programs.
- Transcribe and edit footage, define timelines for media coverage of programs, and determine the most appropriate format for each piece of content.
- Record and edit videos and audio files, including selecting the final output format, uploading/downloading, processing and organizing materials, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, adding titles and subtitles, as well as music, sound, or special effects.
- Plan video/photo shoots, select filming locations, and, when necessary, order and rent equipment.
- Organize, test, and manage the live streaming of events.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve the expected program results.
- Manage the AGBU DAM (Digital Assets Management System) and the AGBU Armenia media archive.
- Provide technical support for the Fund's events held both at the office and off-site.
- Work on AGBU WebTalks editing as needs arise.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:

Technical Proficiency & Creative Tools
- Multimedia Mastery: Expert-level skills in videography, still photography, professional retouching, and clean audio capture.
- Software & AI: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Audition, etc.), motion graphics, advanced editing systems, and generative AI tools.
- Equipment: Full technical competency with state-of-the-art camera systems (DSLR/Mirrorless), lenses, gimbals, lighting setups (indoor/outdoor), and multimedia hardware.
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of codecs, various video/audio formats, and workflow optimization.

Experience & Professional Background
- Event & Editorial Production: Experience documenting live events, including conferences, galas, cultural performances, educational settings, and art exhibitions.
- Portraiture: Proven expertise in environmental portraits, professional headshots, and tasteful, magazine-style individual photography.
- Agency Experience: Ideally, prior experience working within a communications, PR, marketing, journalism, or special events agency/media environment.
- Ethical Storytelling: Demonstrable experience working with children, displaced people, and vulnerable communities, maintaining the highest standards of safety, sensitivity, and ethics.

- Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Armenian and English.
