ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Digital Edge is seeking a Network Engineer with a good knowledge of English language to join its technical support team.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Manage, track, report and process assigned tickets daily;
- Supervise, monitor and control computing network to support the day-to-day operations;
- Provide user support, consulting with user groups to determine IT needs;
- Document, manage and improve the network infrastructure;
- Participate in IT projects;
- Design, establish and maintain client networks and systems;
- Participate in on-call schedule.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related area;
- At least 2 years of experience in networking;
- Written and verbal communication skills in English language;
- CCNA or any other similar certification from a different vendor;
- CCNP (or similar) certification will be treated as an advantage;
- Troubleshooting and customer service skills.
