Aya Maria LLC is looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. The role of the Office Manager is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Greet and accompany visitors, reply customers' questions, provide necessary information to customers;
- Organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures;
- Schedule meetings and events and make arrangements;
- Make regular reports;
- Maintain the company's customer base and follow its integrity;
- Maintain a pleasant work environment and ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness;
- Manage the company's social websites (Facebook, LinkedIn and vk.com);
- Carry out other duties given to him/ her by the immediate supervisor.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- University degree;
- Relevant work experience;
- Good command of oral and written Armenian, English and Russian languages; knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage;
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Internet Access);
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize the work.
