ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Marriott global leadership development program, Voyage, is a full-time, paid development program. As a Operations and Finance Manager the incumbent will build upon the skills they developed in school by participating in the program which provides a combination of hands-on, discipline-specific training and a leadership-focused curriculum. He/ she will participate in mini-rotations across the disciplines to learn firsthand how to manage various hotel functions and to connect with current and former Voyagers through the social collaboration tools.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Fully be immersed in the day-to-day operations of a hotel;
- Improve processes and pitch new initiatives through the Voyage project;
- Take on special projects that will draw upon all the training.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University or hotel school graduate within the past year;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher level education;
- Superior critical-thinking and interpersonal communication skills;
- Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively;
- Ability to self-manage and be a self-starter;
- Real desire for personal and professional growth;
- Work authorization in the country you apply;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English language.
