ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Being a part of HR and Organizational Development Department the incumbent will be responsible for promoting Company's mission and objectives, making them clear to all the employees through different means of communication. The incumbent will translate strategy into action, to promote Company's values and vision towards employees, assuring employee necessary engagement level.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Responsible for creation of internal communication materials and campaigns (news, articles, publications, monthly electronic newsletter) in cooperation with different departments;- Օrganize various projects directed to staff involvement in CSR activities;
- Organize staff engagement projects (team buildings, women's day, New Year, Company's cultural events, sport days, etc.);
- Assure employees' awareness of Company targets, products;
- Assure corporate culture promotion via different means;
- Follow up Company guidelines in all internal communication materials and office interior design;
- Organize and follow up different surveys, analyze the outputs, propose and develop solutions for improvement;
- Provide support in the organization of staff meetings with CEO and leadership workshops;
- Responsible for Brand Ambassadors' team animation, action plans and follow-up;
- Manage Intranet structure and content update process;
- Be involved in Talent Management Process.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology or Public Relations;- About 3 years of experience in HR field;
- Experience in communication and people development;
- Ability to create staff communications texts, news, articles in Armenian language;
- Full professional proficiency in English language;
- Relationship building and target oriented personality;
- Creative, innovative and open-minded personality;
- Full computer literacy.
