ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Evoca is looking for a Payment operations Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the payment processing systems within the organization. This role involves overseeing transaction processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and addressing any operational issues to ensure smooth and efficient payment functions.What will you gain?

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end payment processing operations to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing;- Monitor and analyze payment systems performance, identifying and resolving issues to minimize disruptions and ensure operational efficiency;
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies related to payment processing;
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to implement and maintain payment systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality;
- Develop and maintain relationships with payment service providers, vendors, and
financial institutions to support operational needs and resolve any issues;
- Support the implementation of new payment technologies and solutions, including system upgrades and process improvements;
- Address and resolve customer and partner inquiries related to payment transactions and processes in a timely and professional manner.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;- At least 3 years of experience in Fintech or payment companies;
- Proven experience in payment operations, payment processing, or a similar role within a financial or payment services environment;
- Strong understanding of payment processing systems, industry regulations, and compliance requirements;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve complex operational issues;
- Proficient in the use of payment systems and related software, with strong analytical and reporting skills;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Good command of Russian and English languages.
