ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Evocabank is looking for a POS Terminals and ATMs Specialist. The ideal candidate has an eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations; strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in team; and high sense of responsibility. Evocabank is looking waiting for you.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Analyse customer applications;
- Register new service points (POS, V-POS) in AS and processing systems;
- Quickly solve the issues with POS and ATMs;
- Perform daily monitoring of transactions;
- Monitor partner companies;
- Perform video monitoring of frauds.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree (technical knowledge will be a plus);
- Work experience in customer service (preferably also in payments systems/ ATMs/ POS service);
- Knowledge of AS, and Smart Vista will be a plus;
- Good command of the English language;
- Advanced communication skills;
- Ability and desire to learn quickly.
