ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Evocabank is looking for a Product Owner. The ideal candidate is a person with an eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations, who has strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and a high sense of responsibility.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Implement digital projects in line with the Bank's digitization strategy;
- Execute digital projects from the very beginning to thorough accomplishment including planning, implementation, and closing;
- Assist in drafting project needs and budgeting;
- Cooperate with internal and external teams meant to enhance the project development and implementation;
- Carry out global market research in the field of Fintech and come up with suggestions.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education in financial or high technology areas;
- 3+ years of work experience in financial or IT project management;
- Good knowledge of the newest digital technologies, project management software;
- Product roadmap development and testing;
- Product lifecycle development;
- Product success metrics analysis;
- PMP, Product Owner or Scrum Master certifications will be a strong plus;
- Knowledge of RA banking legislation, banking services will be a strong plus;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Fast orientation;
- Advanced communication skills;
- Initiative and a high sense of responsibility;
- Analytical mind and flexibility;
- Good presentation skills.
