ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Energize Global Services CJSC is looking for a Production Support Engineer. The ideal incumbent should be an open-minded, tech-minded, result-oriented personality with strong communication, team playing and collaboration skills, punctual, detail-oriented and with a high sense of responsibility, who strives for growth and development of himself/ herself and the entire team.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Provide technical support (Second Level Support) to the production support team;
- Provide commitment to a production support team through communication, inspiration and motivation as well as monitor, troubleshoot and maintain the production environment assets;
- Involve the rest of the production support team members focusing on making necessary design improvements to eliminate unplanned downtime due to technical problems in order to achieve a maximum of productivity;
- Find creative solutions to unique and complex problems, and thrive in challenging situations;
- Use daily incident management. Work both independently and in a team environment. As a team player, share his/ her knowledge with the team members. Be supervised on complex tasks;
- Participate in problem management analyzing incidents in depth in order to find the root cause, think about pro-active actions, initiate changes in order to avoid the recurring of incidents;
- Communicate towards customers, verbal and written. Track this communication in daily incident and report problems;
- Communicate with peers and management;
- Prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities. In the production environment work organized, orderly, and flexible and be ready to work outside the normal business hours on exceptional occasions. Work under high pressure and in these circumstances, stay calm and diplomatic in order to be as helpful as possible.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field;
- SQL skills;
- Linux bash scripting skills (basic knowledge is required, advanced knowledge and experience is preferable);
- Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git;
- Working experience with Jira;
- Basic knowledge of Docker and/ or Jenkins is preferable;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language;
- Analytical and solution driven skills;
- Documentation writing and reporting skills;
- Team player;
- Well organized, punctual, accurate and detail oriented personality;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Stress resistance to work in a production environment;
- Flexibility, ability to prioritize the work in an ever-changing production environment.
