ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Evocabank is looking for a motivated and professional person who will actively promote program loans and make financial analysis.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Responsible for intensive promotion of mortgage program loans;
- Deliver consultations to clients regarding necessary documents, terms and conditions of loan documentation;
- Draft and submit reports to refinancing organizations, manage mortgage loan applications;
- Responsible for collection and review of loan-related documents, credibility assessment, submission of loan opinions;
- Responsible for collateral choice and review;
- Track clients' payments in terms of ensuring their timeliness and accuracy.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education in the field of Economics or Finance;
- At least 2 years of work experience in banking as a Mortgage Loan Specialist;
- Thorough knowledge of Armenian banking legislation and consumer lending processes;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Knowledge of MS Office and AS-Bank 4.0 software;
- Ability to work in a team, find efficient solutions in changing environment;
- Proactivity and sense of responsibility;
- Analytical and flexible thinking; cooperation skills.
