Full-timeОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
E-World is looking for a Project Assistant for its e-commerce project (mobile phone booster) to provide assistance in project maintenance in various countries all over the world. This position requires a motivated person who will provide various researches, analysis and reporting per project requirement. Additionally, this position implies administrative duties, by collecting data and sorting.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Complete any necessary administrative task, such as research and data analysis;- Report updates in written form to the PM;
- Update department manuals and website FAQ continuously;
- Assist in logistics related to work with the Company's international partners;
- Provide assistance to the Customer Support team when required;
- Provide assistance to the Project Manager upon request.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;- Experience in research, analysis and reporting;
- Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and oral;
- Detail-oriented and multitasking skills;
- Experience in working with technical product is a plus;
- Experience in customer support and sales is a plus;
- Ability to work under pressure.
