ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Digitain is seeking a professional Project Management Officer for definition and maintenance of the standards of project management and process.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Implement established policies, system monitors and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all corporate initiatives in the Company;
- Supervise and lead the program and project staff to oversee the impacts and interdependencies between programs and work to ensure initiatives meet the goals and objectives of the executive leadership team;
- Provide both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues;
- Be source of guidance and advice for project managers, ensuring project management standards are followed;
- Gather project data and production of information for management review;
- Create and follow up annual Company roadmap, strategic project planning and goal setting, prioritizing the projects with the involvement of all stakeholders;
- Contribute to the management, operation and performance of the Business Services Directorate, ensure that it meets its targets and supports the delivery of organizational and strategic goals;
- Proactively be engaged with directors and senior managers for identifying opportunities for business improvements.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- At least 3 of years proven working experience in project management in IT sector;
- Knowledge of monitoring, evaluation and reporting tools for project management;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;
- Fluent English and Russian language skills, both written and spoken;
- Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to immediately react to changes in a business environment;
- Ability to lead prioritization discussions and facilitate agreement.
