ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Galaxy Concern LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager with project management skills to join its team and supervise implementation of the Company's capital construction and renovation projects.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Supervise issues related to capital construction and renovation projects;
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables;
- Report work progress and budget matters to stakeholders;
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors;
- Coordinate design contractors in concept, schematic and detailed stages;
- Follow up the time schedule for all contractors and overall projects.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Experience in managing projects;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Architecture;
- PMP certification is an advantage;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and English languages;
- Computer literacy: knowledge of Microsoft Project, Auto/Archi CAD and Excel;
- Strict adherence to the deadlines and ability to work under time pressure;
- Strong managerial skills;
- Conflict, stress and time management skills;
- Budget management skills.
