ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Majorel is looking for a Project Manager for its emerging team in Yerevan.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Create and execute the Company's projects work plans in accordance with the projects' Statement of Work (SOW) and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;- Manage projects and take care of all the details;
- Identify and schedule internal and external resources to meet project plan objectives;
- Manage activities of project team members, ensuring completion of assigned tasks in accordance with schedule, resources, cost, performance, and quality objectives;
- Meet and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate project expectations in a timely and clear manner;
- Efficiently identify and solve project issues as they arise in a proactive manner;
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path;
- Meet on-time commitments for the project's Service Acceptance and Final Acceptance;
- Measure outcomes and make program improvements to ensure that goals are met;
- Understand and disseminate project status, risks, and plans to keep the team abreast of key program updates.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- University degree in Business Administration or other business-related fields;- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
- Very good English language skills; knowledge of German language is a plus;
- Proven experience in a management position; experience in a similar role is a plus;
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency;
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks; high level of self-motivation;
- Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills;
- Flexibility, resilience, loyalty and discretion.
