ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

The Psychologist will be mainly responsible for providing psychological consulting services to the staff of the "Provision of Social, Medical, Legal and Shelter Assistance to Refugees and Asylum Seekers in Armenia" project.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Follow the professional ethical principles and norms of the psychological work;
- Arrange and provide psychological consulting services to the staff of the Project;
- Develop and implement training sessions, i.e. lectures, interactive trainings and workshops;
- Arrange and implement individual and group works aimed at preventing and overcoming the staff's professional emotional burn-outs and vicarious trauma;
- Conduct individual psychotherapy;
- Provide recommendations;
- Evaluate the results of psychological consultation, take further actions that stem from it;
- Prepare and provide reports and corresponding documentation to the Project Coordinator.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology;
- At least 2 years of professional experience;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages, both verbal and written; knowledge of Russian and other languages will be an advantage;
- Skills in applying theoretical knowledge (psychological theories, techniques, methods, etc.) in the practical work;
- Good computer skills;
- Experience of working with documentation and writing reports;
- Efficient time management skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment and form interpersonal positive relationships;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Decision-making ability;
- Accountability;
- Ability to work under pressure and in tight deadlines, as well as to respond promptly.
