ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC is looking for an experienced and professional Recruiter to join its team. The incumbent will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process, from start to finish.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy;
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/ newspapers/ colleges;
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule;
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests;
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events;
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs;
- Find and identify talents and coordinate the entire interview process in partnership with the management team;
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills and experience;
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated;
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team;
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
- Promote the Company's reputation as "best place to work".
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Higher education, preferably in the field of psychology;
- Proven work experience in a relevant position;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress);
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference, check);
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes;
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
- Creativity in sourcing to evaluate candidates;
- Ability to perform and meet goals in a fast-paced, high energy environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong decision-making skills.
