ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

ID Bank is looking for an experienced, motivated and qualified candidate for the position of Regional Manager to fulfill the responsibilities listed below.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Organize and coordinate daily activities of branch employees involved in retail sales;
- Control and insure the process of implementation of annual budget/ plan implementation of retail business;
- Manage the sales of banking products and services in the branches;
- Organize and implement sales training for branch employees;
- Supervise and manage retail loan portfolio;
- Involve new customers, actively collaborate with current and potential customers;
- Provide clients with relevant consultations/ information on the services rendered by the Bank;
- Ensure the collaboration between branches and other subdivisions in terms of retail sales.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education in Economics/ Finance;
- 4-5 years of relevant professional experience;
- Self-organization and time management skills;
- Knowledge of RA banking legislation;
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office);
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Ability to work independently; goal and result-driven personality;
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Readiness to travel to RA regions on a regular basis;
- Attention to details; well-organized personality with an ability of multitasking.
