ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

AGBU Armenian Virtual College is looking for a Research Assistant. The position is responsible for carrying out ongoing research projects under the supervision of the Academic Director. The Research Assistant provides overall support to Academic Director in research, preparation of resources and materials for the research, documentation of results, etc.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Assist with academic research;
- Assist with the editing and preparation of manuscripts;
- Assist with duties related to the production of academic articles;
- Meet regularly with the supervisor to discuss research assignments;
- Prepare literature reviews;
- Gather and analyze data;
- Prepare materials for submission to agencies and foundations that fund research;
- Prepare articles, reports, and presentations;
- Prepare progress reports;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the supervising instructor.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Ph.D. or Ph.D. student in Social Sciences;
- At least 3 years of professional research experience;
- Proficient knowledge of written Armenian and English languages;
- Solid knowledge of online education;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent research and writing skills to ensure accuracy and completeness in all provided material, as well as to document the research progress;
- Highly organized, detailed oriented with excellent time management skills;
- Ability to work autonomously, accurately and to solve technical and methodological issues;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
