Call for proposals

ПОДРОБНОЕ ОПИСАНИЕ: 

The "Support to SME Development in Armenia" (SMEDA) Project seeks to contract a national company to conduct a more comprehensive economic study on the situation of the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) in Armenia. The analysis should be based on a comprehensive stakeholder analysis and map (see the attached Stakeholder Map) for Yerevan, for Gyumri (Shirak marz) and Vanadzor (Lori marz). The mapping should be developed by inviting to participatory workshops per region for members of the CCI and approving or complementing the pre-study with their input.
Furthermore a value chain analysis for the following subsectors:
- Film;
- Marketing/ advertisement;
- Software and games;
- Design (fashion design, interior design and product design);
- Music.

ТРЕБОВАНИЯ: 

The Contractor must fulfill the following requirements:
- Strong proven expertise in the area of assignment;
- Proficiency in English and Armenian languages (written and spoken);
- Excellent understanding of how to approach and communicate with people from the creative community.

ПРОЦЕДУРА ПОДАЧИ ЗАЯВОК: 

If you are interested in performing this work, please submit a bid to the GIZ Country Office/ Reception (4/1 Baghramyan Ave., Yerevan) in accordance with the GIZ bidding conditions till the mentioned deadline. Your bid, comprising the technical offer and the price offer, must be clearly marked as such and submitted as a package containing 2 envelopes. The "Support to SME Development in Armenia" (SMEDA) Project is co-funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ's Private Sector Development in South Caucasus Programme. SMEDA is part of the EU4Business and EU4Innovation initiatives of the European Union. SMEDA focuses on strengthening the business and investment climate in Armenia and focuses in particular on small and medium enterprises (SME). One of the most promising economic sectors in Armenia is the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) based on a rich cultural heritage, a highly knowledge-based society and lacking opportunities in other economic sectors.
