ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Prisma is looking for an intelligent, hardworking and experienced Researcher with a positive attitude.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

1. Planning and implementation of researches in multiple sectors, including:
a. Design of mixed method research methodology;
b. Organization and management of the data collection;
c. Quantitative and qualitative data analysis and interpretation;
d. Preparation of reports;
e. Public presentation of research findings.
2. Participation in monitoring and evaluation projects managed by the organization;
3. Support the capacity building initiatives implemented by the organization;
4. Support the overall data and knowledge management in the organization;
5. Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Sociology or other Social Science;
- At least 3 years of work experience in the fields of social research, monitoring and evaluation. Work experience with international organizations is preferred;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Experience and knowledge of using SPSS and/ or other statistical software;
- Fluency in Armenian and English, both verbal and written;
- Facilitation and presentation skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team.

ЗАРПЛАТА: 

Starting from 300,000 AMD to 450,000 AMD (Net) per month depending on qualifications, with possible increase based on performance.
