ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Join Dargett Team as a Restaurant Director and be part of an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional pub and dining experiences.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards;
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability;
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and uphold company policies;
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely delivery of orders;
- Manage employee schedules and manage labor costs;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and attract new customers;
- Cooperate with government bodies for appropriate licenses and permissions;
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed;
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner;
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations;
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices;
- Proven track record of meeting financial targets and managing budgets;
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required;
- Good command of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- MS Office package proficiency.
