ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

The Revenue Assurance Senior Specialist is responsible for making analysis for data sources in different environments (MS SQL server, Oracle, etc.), as well as for detecting actual fraud cases in network for the given period. He/ she investigates the possible data inconsistencies, their reasons and submits clear report on the losses and threats, as well as the measures to be taken for their prevention or reduction. The Revenue Assurance Senior Specialist also systematizes the reports from different systems and analyzes them, performs works on modernization of the systems and programs of Revenue Assurance Unit.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Compare the data and different raw sources information of the same reports received from different sources to ensure data consistency;
- Upload and monitor CDR flow into local databases;
- Detect the actual fraud cases in network for the given period;
- Suspend and make decisions on further reconnection;
- Periodically monitor already suspended MSISDNs and make decisions on their further reconnection;
- Investigate the reasons of data inconsistency;
- Make deep analysis of the data sources, taking into consideration the specification of each source (different formats of CDRs, different presentation modes, etc.);
- Collect different reports to detect/ present the data discrepancies and their possible reasons;
- Analyze different reports from different sources and come up with conclusions;
- Develop new data analysis tools (for example: SQL scripts, functions, procedures, etc.);
- Develop applications of data analysis for process automation;
- Compile descriptions of the newly developed and reviewed processes and technical documentation.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technologies, Telecommunication or Mathematics;
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of information systems;
- Knowledge of data analysis;
- Knowledge of RDBMS - MS SQL, PL/SQL, databases management;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
- Object Oriented Programming knowledge is a plus;
- Knowledge of the standards and their implementation;
- Good knowledge of telecommunication business principles is a plus;
- Rich experience in the field of billing systems, IN systems, programming and program development is a plus;
- Knowledge of database and state-of-the-art systems, as well as report and analysis generating applications;
- Good skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Planning and reporting skills;
- Good organizational and team working skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Attention to result and details.
