ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

The Risk Manager will assist the Board and executive body in the process of fulfilling their duties by implementing professional analysis and risk assessment.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Identify, assess and continuously manage the inherent risks of the Company's activities;
- Identify risks assessment, monitor and develop effective management strategy;
- Provide overall risk profile of the Company;
- Responsible for periodical analysis of the internal and external financial status in order to detect and assess potential risks on time;
- Develop risk management strategy and risk appetite policies approved by the Board, as well as individual risk management policies;
- Responsible for ORSA process implementation in accordance with the procedure approved by the Board; perform regular stress testings;
- Responsible for regular submission of reports about the Company's risk profile and risk management processes to the Board, executive body, if necessary to people who implement oversight functions;
- Perform market research and financial analysis;
- Responsible for calculation of the Company's total portfolio and individual product loss ratios.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Computer skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to quickly and independently orient in difficult situations;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Good public speaking and communication skills;
- Work experience will be considered as an advantage.
