ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Greenroad International Logistics is looking for a Sales Representative to join its team.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Conduct face-to-face customer visits, develop customer base, and get more RFQ opportunities;- Formulate solutions and quote customers for RFQs and inquires, understand and apply pricing policies and procedures;
- Work closely with Customer Service, Procurement and Marketing teams, to resolve customer complaints or disputes;
- Maintain complete and accurate records of customer information and sales activity;
- Account receivable management, ensure timely and accurate fund recovery;
- Collect and report customer feedback, assist in optimizing vendor resources;
- Ensure client's payment executed in time;
- Provide customer service for the best result;
- Perform other job-related duties as required by supervisor.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- At least 3 years of logistics background; having client database is a plus;- Excellent communication and customer relation skills, sense of urgency with problem-solving skills;
- Self-disciplined and self-motivated person to produce outstanding results;
- Willing to travel 30% home and oversea.
