Full-timeОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
IKO Machinery is looking for a Sales Administrator for Construction and Warehouse Equipment.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Implement workflow of equipment sales deals and projects (preparation of commercial proposals, preparation of the contracts with the customers and suppliers, with suppliers, preparation and approval of acceptance acts with clients and suppliers, etc.);- Send inquiries for commercial offers from our main suppliers of the products and services; implement orders placement and execute control;
- Coordinate sales with Technical, Logistics and Accounting Departments of the Company;
- Work with the "1C Enterprise" software for sales and shipment of goods from a warehouse in Armenia, in cooperation with Accounting and Logistics Departments of the Company;
- Control receivables;
- Prepare reports and presentations on equipment sales and marketing;
- Participate in tenders for construction and warehouse equipment;
- Plan and organize the procurement of attachments for primary equipment;
- Arrange meetings with current and potential clients of primary equipment for Sales Department via phone or e-mail;
- Organize foreign and domestic business trips for sales staff members and customers;
- Arrange a little treat in the office for our customers.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Higher education, preferably in a technical field or Economics;- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Accuracy, punctuality, planning and time management skills;
- Excellent knowledge of МS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point;
- Knowledge of 1C Enterprise;
- Basic knowledge and experience in the field of commerce, accounting, logistics and law;
- Business e-mailing good skills;
- Experience in working with CRM is encouraged;
- Own client database is appreciated.
