ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Muran LLC is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales and Business Development Manager to join the growing team in Muran LLC. This role is designed for a strategic and results-driven professional who can bridge the gap between sales management, business development, and strategic leadership. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading sales initiatives for new business opportunities, while also managing key customer relationships and overseeing a high-performing sales team.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Lead and execute the sales strategy for the company, balancing both short-term goals and long-term growth initiatives;
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing training, guidance, and performance management to achieve departmental and organizational goals;
- Develop and implement sales processes and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue goals;
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), dealerships, and other relevant stakeholders;
- Negotiate and structure commercial deals, contracts, and partnerships that align with the company's strategic goals;
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new business prospects;
- Foster long-term customer relationships;
- Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track sales activities, pipeline health, and customer interactions.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
- Strong negotiation, and communication skills;
- Experience working in international markets or with clients worldwide;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess sales data and market trends;
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related software;
- Established network of relationships within the automotive sector;
- At least three years of work experience in the field;
- Strong knowledge of English language;
- Valid driving license.
