ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Ramada Hotel and Suites Yerevan is looking for a Sales Executive to assist in selling guest rooms, catering services and banquet facilities, provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, collecting and processing sensitive data, resolving guest issues, perform clerical functions.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Research the market on a continuing basis to determine where business comes from, what is the influence, who the Hotel's clients are, etc.;
- Maintain close relations within the community and in neighboring marketing areas, with airlines, travel agencies, business centers, etc. to procure new business for the hotel;
- Establish and monitor all required statistics;
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Hotel sales/ marketing plan to ensure all revenue goals will be met and exceeded;
- Prepare the administrative work of the Department;
- Visit potential customers for new business;
- Maintain and develop relationship with existing customers;
- Respect and apply the Hotel and Brand's pricing policies.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree in Business Administration;
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant position;
- Overall knowledge of hotel sales management;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Ability to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written;
- Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/ loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently;
- Detail-oriented person able to work well under pressure;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to resolve problems/ conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner;
- Possess strong motivational, organizational and verbal communication skills;
- Willingness and ability to promote a positive team member culture and core values;
- Fluency in English and Russian languages.
