ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

CMYK Beauty Bar is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to join its team.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Actively attract new prospects in the specific target markets and expand existing customer database;
- Create unique selling proposition (USP);
- Present and sale offered services as well as care products of the studio;
- Conduct analysis of sales forecasting and customer performance;
- Form a sales plan on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis;
- Make a sales report on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Relevant work experience in customer service and/ or beauty industry;
- Knowledge of effective sales techniques and ability to reach the objectives through the well-organized planning;
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of English language will be a plus;
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM System;
- Friendly and attentive attitude towards the clients.
