ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Bass Boutique Hotel is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to be responsible for the sales of the hotel and its tour agency located in the hotel. This unique individual must possess excellent communication skills in customer relations, be flexible in targeting new business and exceed established goals for their market segment. In addition, he/ she will develop new clients for boosting hotel/ tour agency sales.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Target new business opportunities;
- Build and maintain existing relationships;
- Develop and maintain a contact and customer database;
- Prepare sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions;
- Establish an effective sales call cycle for key customers, existing and new partners;
- Work to achieve agreed goals and objectives.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- At least 1 year of hotel or tour agency corporate sales experience and a network of contacts;
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality/ Tourism Management will be an asset;
- Knowledge of hotel/ tour agency business;
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Skills and qualifications relevant for the field.
