ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Garage Masters' Mall is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who will meet the Company's customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives and develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Negotiate with existing and potential corporate customers through building up a long-term cooperation with them;
- Explore the competitive market and understand its trends;
- Participate in strategic planning of the sales in accordance with the business goals of the Company;
- By cooperating with Marketing team and analyzing the market trends, as well as the existing results, participate in the planning and implementation of marketing activities;
- Analyze all the sales phases and participate in the pricing and annual sales forecasting processes of the services;
- Prepare monthly and annual reports for the management.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education in Business Administration or other relevant fields;
- Previous managerial experience in sales; sales experience in a construction or vehicles field will be considered as an advantage;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and within strict time frames;
- Demonstrable experience as a Sales Manager developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions;
- Valid driving license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
