ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Garage Masters' Mall is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with experience in construction or vehicles field. The incumbent will meet the Company's customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives and develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Negotiate with existing and potential corporate customers through building up a long-term cooperation with them;
- Explore the competitive market and understand its trends;
- Participate in the strategic planning of the sales in accordance with the business goals of the Company;
- Cooperate with marketing team and analyze the market trends, as well as the existing results to participate in the planning and implementation of marketing activities;
- Analyze all the sales phases and participate in the pricing and annual sales forecasting processes of the services;
- Prepare monthly and annual reports for the Management.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education in Business Administration or other relevant fields;
- Sales experience in construction or vehicles field;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the Organization;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and within strict time frames;
- Demonstrable experience as a Sales Manager developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions;
- Valid driving license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
